2020 did not come and go without its challenges. With that being said, we must plan for 2021 and the restrictions necessary to continue to protect the health of both our clients and office staff. Beginning in March 2020, we were forced to eliminate face-to-face appointments for tax preparation services and limit the number of clients in our office. It has become evident that the same procedures that we began in March will continue for the upcoming tax filing season.
We will begin collecting your 2020 tax information on February 1, 2021. Our office will be open to drop off documents Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In addition, you may mail your information to our office or email it to taxdocs@kellyahannigancpa.com. While in our office, we request only two clients at a time, proper face coverings be worn, and social distancing be observed. We will follow up with any questions or the results of your tax return by either a phone call, email, or a virtual meeting, if possible. Our goal remains the same: to provide you with the best services possible.
Offices of certified public accountants were deemed to be essential workers throughout the pandemic.
